I have been using all three of these products for a month now and I really do love the taste of them and how easy they are to take along with me!
I have noticed a slight increase in my milk production but nothing crazy like other mama's who have posted review pictures.
That's the only reason I would give it a four not a five. It's just because I didn't notice the huge transition in milk production. However, I will say that these products taste amazing and I have a peace of mind knowing that they are supporting my milk production journey!

So far my favorites are milky melon and pumpin punch, havent tried the lemon one yet but they are not too sweet at all and work pretty good, they actuslly taste really good almost like juice, you cant taste any of the ingredients that help promote milk production in this at all! Great price to boot!

To be honest, I've tried so many different ways to bringing up my milk production and nothing worked, I've tried boons cookies and bars, teas, vitamins, making my own cookies/bars/drinks which tasted horrible ! I decided to give a try to the drink mix sampler that includes Milky Melon (not on the picture because I already drank it), Lactation LeMOOnade (opened pouch) and Pumpin' Punch, that I haven't tried yet. If you're not into lactation cookies or emergency brownies, these drink mixes are a very interesting option, because they're as effective and the taste is incredibly good! It’s a nice and refreshing drink especially with cold water. I can get my sweet tooth fix without needing to drink sodas or milkshakes. It tastes very good too. Just FYI: it does 17g of sugar per 1/2 pack- but breastmilk is also sweet.

I was pumping about 2-3 oz every 4 hours ! Within just 4 days i was pumping 7-8oz in the am , 4-6oz in the evening per session ( about 3 sessions ) i have 13 oz in the freezer & im still full not engorged but i never have milk in the fridge like that! Its lovely! Baby is happy ! Also milk looks creamier its nice ! I did a mix of lady leche , emergency cookies , and the lemoonade & milky melon ! Works like magic !
