Recommended Intake: 1 latte per day. Blend latte mix with 8oz of the milk of your choice, ice and enjoy! Contains 24mg of caffeine per 8oz.

Caramel Lactation Latte Mix

Ingredients: Smoothie base (oats, brown sugar, nutritional yeast, flaxseed, wheat germ, chia seed), sugar, non-hydrogenated non-dairy creamer, non-fat dry milk, dextrose, coffee, cocoa powder (processed with alkali), salt, cellulose gym, xanthan gum, silicone dioxide (anti-caking agent), caramel colour, and FD&C Yellow #6. I love having this for breakfast along with Milky Mama cookies. I am a mom of two kids (26 and 10 months). I suffered nipple damage and used a lot of supplements to boost my milk supply as I am also exclusively breastfeeding. This helped me a lot! I wish Milky Mama would give freebie items or discount coupons like free shipping in every purchase so it would make sense to buy more per month or quarterly. Thank you.

This was great but for the price i honestly think it should come with a bit more in the package *unless im just going through it way too fast* but the taste is great and i think it works good for milk production.. overall its the taste thats got me bought! Still think it should come with more for the price ...

I tried both the vanilla and caramel lattes. I was surprised that I had to make the lattes with ice, which ended up being like a Frappuccino. I should've read the instructions prior but I was still delightfully surprised at how tasty the lattes were. I'd highly recommend pulsing the vanilla or caramel mix first so that it's quite fine... then add the ice and milk.

I Have Twin boys, had to supplement with formula for the first month and a half because i could not produce enough often enough to fed both every 2-3 hrs and drinking more everyday... so i started with the sampler kit, then added in the latte mix... now i produce enough every 4-5 hrs to feed them 200-220 ml each the next feed, maybe only have to use formula less then one feed a day to keep them fed as they grow and continue to drink more each day/week, the lady leche is the bomb! the cookies taste amazing! and i drink the latte mix with hot water and it is very tasty... i would recommend these products to anyone... i dont think i would be producing what i can without them! plus as a new mom you barely have time to eat and the cookies give you a satisfied feeling in the mean time:)

Omg this drink is AMAZING!!!! For all my caramel lovers - this latte is the best. I have it every morning (instead of coffee) with a salted caramel cookie and my milk has not only increased but I have noticed that it’s thicker and not as “skim” as it used to be. Okay so heres the deal. I decided to purchase this Latte mix after purchasing the cookies twice already. I LOVE this product. I'm nursing my twins now after having my baby boy 2 years ago, and have definitely noticed an increase in my supply. My babies are now almost 4 months old and I breastfeed almost exclusively while still managing to have an addition 350-450ML on the side (pumping twice only)! I immediately loved the salted caramel and bought two dozen more I produce enough milk to keep my LO happy but I like to have extra supply for grandparent sleepovers. My LO is 2 months old and starting to have more awake time which means he is starting to cluster feed. Especially a few hours before we go to bed. These cookies definitely help restore milk faster !
