I have always had low milk supply and these cookies helped me lots and still helping me. I have enough to feed baby and even pump lots. The cookies were good! I found they did help. You have to eat 2 a day religiously but I noticed an increase in my supply for sure. Next time I'll subscribe, as I found I didn't order them quickly enough to maintain a daily intake, which was my own fault. I didn't like the oatmeal chocolate chip as much as the other ones, but still good.

This is the second time I've ordered from Milky Mama
My milk production has been decreasing some the past month or so. Maybe due to my meds, maybe stress, maybe because I'm not pumping as much. Anyway, I looked over the ingredients and ordered some of the Emergency Cookies last month. After 3 days, I woke up in the morning and pumped 10oz from each boob in one pumped. (I was down to 3-4oz each pump). I was sceptical at first especially since I have some absorbing issues cause of my CF. But I can say these actually work!
I eat 1-2 cookies a day, if you eat more then 2 you'll get overengorged. I ate 2 cookies the night before I pumped the 10oz.
And yeah, yeah I know, I'm sure I could buy the ingredients and make it myself. But, I don't enjoy baking, and this is easy.
I totally recommend for any breastfeeding mama's out there!

Absolutely LOVED them! The cookies taste so much better than I expected! I started out with a huge supply issue, had to supplement the baby with formula right from the start. I tried everything! Pumping around the clock, fenugreek teas only to find out I’m severely allergic. Then I came across milky mama, and the promise was fenugreek free. I contacted costumer service for reassurance and they were great, so I made my first order. I’ve been using them for about a month and a half and I can proudly sad I only feed my baby breast milk during the day!!! It’s a HUGE win for me. Before I was basically feeding formula and supplementing with breast milk and now I’m on the way to turning it around! I’m so thankful! Honestly, everyone is different and I still pump every 3-4 hours day and night, but if you’re struggling might as well give it a try.

Lady Leche herbal supplement was what worked for me. I've been using multiple lactation methods/products but I believe that once I started the lady leche supplement things started moving. I also rented a hospital grad pump to increase milk flow because I was desperate. I'm exclusively pumping for my 11week old twin girls that were born prematurely. These cookies are everything they claim to be. I am a FTM and I was really worried I had low supply. I started ordering these cookies when my daughter was around 3 weeks old. She’s now 7 weeks and I have more milk than she can consume in one sitting! I first tried the sampler box - they’re all delicious - but I ultimately liked the emergency chocolate cookie the most which is what I’ve been eating since. Love this product!

THESE ARE THE ONLY LACTATION COOKIES YOU NEED TO BUY! After a stomach bug hit my family I didn't realize how much I needed some help to feed my son. The moment I noticed it I grabbed a box of these because I knew they work so effectively and quickly for me. I used them when I first had my son and I was able to fast during the month of Ramadan and still nurse my son exclusively!! Everyone's body is different but they work like magic for me and I cannot recommend them enough!

Bought these as I thought my milk production was low (or my son just has an endless appetite). About a week after eating these I noticed a difference in how full my breasts felt and my son seemed more satisfied after feeding. I’m on my second box of emergency cookies and I absolutely love them!! They have helped so much with boosting my milk supply, I’m so impressed! Saying the brownies are delicious is an understatement and i must confess that sometimes i take more than 2 per Day but i did not have any engorgement so far..for the days where i can't have a proper breakfast because of my baby i just grab one of those and i am filled for hours..my milk supply Was very low and i Was also prescribed domperidone by my MD and honestly with the combination of these 2 products my milk supply have increased tremendesouly..

Made these cookies the only sweet snack I had in the day and noticed a big difference! I am currently on a relactation journey and am happy to say it's hard but you can do it! I've been on a rotation of the cookies and brownies (try the recommended dosage first to see which works best for you) for about two weeks now- went from pumping 2oz per session to 4/5oz.
The taste is chocolatey but not so sweet and the consistency is just right.

Love the emergency cookies! They taste great! The juices are really yummy too. I have a two month old baby and went from not being able to pump to being able to feed the baby and then pump five ounces out. My only issue is that my milk is only coming out on the right side. My left side is significantly smaller. Shipping takes a while so definitely order in advance.

Lady Leche herbal supplement was what worked for me. I've been using multiple lactation methods/products but I believe that once I started the lady leche supplement things started moving. I also rented a hospital grad pump to increase milk flow because I was desperate. I'm exclusively pumping for my 11week old twin girls that were born prematurely. I've also tried the emergency cookies (they taste amazing) and pumping punch but lady Leche is my favorite products from milky mama.
