• Goat’s Rue: Multiple Clinical Studies have shown evidence of increased milk yield. It is a powerful herb that has been known to work directly with mammary tissue to stimulate the production and flow of breastmilk.

• Alfalfa Leaf: Alternatively known as Medicago Sativa, it is often prescribed by IBCLCs as a common galactagogue. Alfalfa is a super nutritious, hormone-balancing herb that has been known to promote the development of the glandular tissue of the breasts, increase milk production and enrich milk. 

• Marshmallow Root: A highly nutritive herb that has been known to help boost the effect of other galactagogues and enrich milk. Often prescribed by IBCLCs as a common galactagogue. 

• Fennel Seed: Has been known to increase milk production and flow, stimulate letdown reflex, enrich milk, stimulate mammary tissue growth, and helps ease gas/colic in babies.

Recommended Intake: Take 1 serving 1 time per day. Place drops under tongue. Take at least one hour prior to or after taking medication or natural health products. 1 serving = 1.23mL (2 droppers).

What is a Dropper? A dropper is the amount of liquid that fills the glass dropper tube with 1 squeeze. The liquid will only fill the tube a portion of the way, not fully. This portion is considered 1 dropper (0.61mL). 2 droppers will therefore yield the recommended intake of 1.23mL.
